Stoner Convinced Can Still Better

Motegi - Casey Stoner claimed satisfied to get start from the position during the race tomorrow. But the Ducati rider was also felt that the bike could still be better during the race later.

Stoner ride Ducati GP10 MotoGP qualifying session in Japan with 1 minute and 47.105 seconds. He was 0.104 seconds adrift of Andrea Dovizioso who occupied pole or just .050 with Valentino Rossi in second place.


Australian rider was also admitted that he had to get a better setting while in Aragon ago. Now Stoner admitted that he felt more comfortable with the bike in order to face the race later.

But he believes that there is still room to get better results again. "I still do not see the consistency I can do and the bike was still not reached the limit," said Stoner as reported by the Motorcycle.

"But I think we've done a good job in qualifying. Even so the race is another story we have to make some changes tomorrow morning. If the dry hopefully in the right direction," he said
